Current Covid-19 measures in Montenegro
The government of Montenegro has adopted new measures in the fight against coronavirus, which will be valid from September 11 to September 24th.
From Tuesday, September 14, entry to Montenegro is possible only to Montenegrin citizens and tourists if:

They have received a second dose of the vaccine, or the first dose (if that is the only one), at least 14 days ago

They have a negative PCR test not older than 72hrs

They have a positive PCR not younger than 14 days and not older than 180 days

They have a positive fast antigen test not older than 48hrs
People under the age of 18 enter Montenegro unconditionally - both Montenegrin citizens and foreigners.
If a person does not have any of these documents, then 14 days of isolation is mandatory, but it can be terminated after six days if the person is negative on the PCR test.
General restrictions

Masks are obligatory in all closed spaces

Bars and restaurants have not limitations in working hours

Entrance into the inside of the hospitality facilities (malls, restaurants, cafes, etc.), as well as entrance into nightclubs, public events, private gatherings, celebrations, parties, weddings, is possible if have one of the following proofs:
- Completely vaccinated or vaccinated with one dose (if that is the only one), at least 14 days ago.
- Negative PCR test on SARS-Cov-2 not older than 72 hours
- Proof that a person has recovered from COVID-19 (passed not less than 14 days and not more than 180 days from a positive PCR or a rapid antigen test).
- Negative antigen rapid test-BAT not older than 48 hours
